  • Service usage logs and error reports generated by our Firebase Cloud Functions
  • Authentication tokens necessary for Google API access

We use your personal information solely to:

  • Deliver our template management service
  • Create and manage Google Sheets templates within your current spreadsheet

  • Process payments (where applicable)

  • Authentication credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager
  • No spreadsheet content is permanently stored on our servers

5. Google Services Integration

5.1 OAuth Permissions

Our Service requires the following Google OAuth scopes:

  • Google Sheets API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly): To access and modify only the current spreadsheet you're working with
  • External Requests (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request): To communicate between our Firebase Functions and Google services

5.2 Spreadsheet Access

By using our Service, you consent to:

  • Our system accessing only the current spreadsheet you authorize
  • Modification of the current spreadsheet's content, formatting, and structure
  • Creation of new worksheets within the current spreadsheet
  • Temporary restriction of edit access during processing operations

  • Google Services: We interact with Google APIs to provide our core functionality
